If for any reason your child's mode of transportation should change, even for only one day, a written note is required. Each note requires a signature, contact number, child's name, teacher's name, and the date. Please place any notes in your child's STAR Folder. Your child's safety is my top priority. Please help me to ensure his/her safety by notifying me of any transportation changes.
